Our design & sampling process

Our bags are prepared through an order-based design and sampling process. Please allow 7–10 days for design, sampling and preparation after order and payment confirmation.

From preparation to your doorstep

After dispatch, allow 7–15 days for shipping. Shipping is additional to preparation, making the total estimated time 14–25 calendar days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carriers, customs or holidays.
